I'm finding it difficult to comment quite as often, so forgive me for my tardiness in the next few posts.
Very nice work here. The cut out figures are always interesting, no matter what style they are made in (though for the most part I usually only see anime *shot*). Wonderful use of motion and expression. And, as I'm going to assume, you were going for a cute element, in which case: win. Hit the nail on the head, I'd say. Eyes alone make the biggest impression. Also, shading with marker(?), like on the pants, adds a considerable amount of depth to the image, especially with the camera you're using.
Hmm.... I'm going to need to try and make another one of these. Heck, I'm going to need to actually draw more, period, I'm getting kinda rusty....
