It already looks creepy a little bit because of the red, black, and he's a cat boy going trick-or-treating....(I'm just saying that but it does look like it somewhat...)

It was just a red stroke, red paint bucket and black paint bucket with a small white brush on Photoshop 7. Nothing much here. I never drew a Halloween pic in ages.
