This here is Penelope.
I don't know her color scheme well enough to feel confident in coloring the picture, so I went with pretty, clean lineart.

I think I missed her hair, and I changed the dress from the reference picture's dress and I wanted to go with a leaning forward look but failed miserably and now she's disproportioned to my eyes.
