That's right. because in the last chapter Fai constantly referred to himself and Kurogane as 'we'. Simply because they're no longer individuals, but together ( ofcourse since a longer time, but he says 'we' and 'us' so much in the epilogue. )
Also, on a diferent matter; It's funny how Ioryogi's seiyuu is Tetsu Inada and Ginsei's seiyuu Daisuke Namikawa. CLAMP, I smell subtext
