I love this dynamic pose. You've actually gotten me wanting to more interesting posing.
I really like the way you shaped the arms and legs too. They're curvy without being over the top. I also have always adored the sketchy style, and you're no exception, especially the sketchy line shading.
My major critiques would be her center line seems to go wonky, it looks fine, but then her hips seem to either jut out of her side, or her spine is twisted to a really crazy position.
I actually see nothing wrong with her boobies.
With the foot, It's the perspective that makes it look kinda weird, you should have made the toes "poke out" a bit. It looks like it's bent down, and just short, also the heel of her foot seems to stick out behind her ankle.
Last thing would be the hair, it doesn't seem to follow whichever direction she's coming from.
I left out her hand, because... it looks like you were just being lazy with that.
