That's Nyanma, the evil form of Chocolat the Cat from Eto Rangers. She's the Queen of Jyarei Monsters and the enemy of the Eto Rangers. She created these monsters to destroy the Novel World and also destroy Mugen. She also created the 4 evil cat warriors, Gosen, the male white cat, Genen, the female black cat, Rouran, the male blue cat, and Jyuken, the female red cat. I like Chocolat better.
