This must be one of the cutest things I have seen... Oh jeez! It's magnificent, in every single way you could make it, I think~ It's hard to say what's bad and what's good... well, good is easy really, because it all is! Might I add... That little Aerosmith costume would be the prettiest thing to wear, ever.
I'll admit, I'd like to see this in color, but of course you don't have to. Shading in black and white looks pretty, too... And this is probably one of the best ways I've seen it used.
And my gosh, I'd love to say more about it, but... My words can't place anything onto this at all right now. So... We'll leave it with what I've said, and with an added you draw VERY well, anatomy an' all from looking through your gallery~ Splendid.

The expression looks really happy and carefree. I like the whole shape of the mouth. As for the eyes, if you want it to be happy, try and use a different technique - wide awake eyes work just as well! (I dunno, closed anime-esque eyes are a bit cliche? Just my opinion though, do whatever you want)
I love the hair. It's nice and stylized. The curls are cute C:
I think her left arm (our right) is a little big but it's not extremely noticeable. I guess what you could do to fix it is make the hand a seperate body part, so it doesn't look so attached to the arm. But again, just my own little tip. C:
I like the crosshatching too, might I add. Very nicely done
