After my first submission of this project (http://www.sheezyart.com/art/view/2162994/), Sarconda and AntiquePeach gave me some advice.
Both made suggestions for the buildings in the back, so I used a gaussian blur and made them darker, as well as desaturating them.
I took out the sand, since it didn't really fit in the picture.
I'll be adding in some minor details soon, as well as finding a way to fill in that black space behind the buildings on the right.
