Public Opinion Blah Blah

if you hadn't guessed it this picture is depicting PO's Bossy side. the background i kind of wanted to express her talking in a more creative way.. i decided to stick with her normal simplistic attire, mainly because, even though wer are being judged on accessories, Simplistic and awkward is what Public Opinion is all about.

The orgins of her costume Design are based off the idea of a rag doll, one of the reasons why she usually wears such a formless, unflattering dress, and those black and red stockings.

I chose to enter her, even though she is not the easiest character of mine to enter, because i have a real fondness for her. I have a lot of pretty characters, who wear ornate jewels and long flowing dresses, which would have been easier to do, but PO has a certain amount of spunk. Shes Simple, Childish, And Odd, which i think gives her a Quaint type of beauty which is all her own.

Public Opinion while well intentioned and sweet, can be childish at times. She is, as her name suggested, highly opinionated,, even though she can be easily mislead, or get the wrong end of the stick as she has about as much sense as a stoned carrot. She can be bossy and interfering in her manner, with a very childlike and innocent demeanor. Combine this with a whole lot of energy and an overpowering amount of self-confidence and you can see why, once she gets an idea into her head it can cause a fair bit of trouble.
