Yep the first villain I came up with. And she's wearing her fixed up old design. This is what she'll actually look like. I'll do the inking later on today. Probably before I decide to go to sleep. Yes her outfit is revealing, but that's how I designed her. At least her boobs arent the size of basketballs like I see everywhere else. = ='
