This is about Tatanka Yotake ( the Sitting Bull) holy man of the Lakota Sioux.

Yellow hair= General Custer
Hoist me up/ dangle me= the sun dance
Greasy Grass= Little big horn

THE YELLOW HAIR
IS RIDING FAST
SOON HE COMES AMONGST US
MUST PREPARE
TO MEET HIM THERE
ON THE GREASY GRASS (CREEK)

HOIST ME UP
LET ME DANGLE THERE
EYES FIXED ON
THAT WHITE FIRE
FOES I SEE
FALL ALL AROUND ME
VISION OF TATANKA YOTAKE

CHORUS

SPIRIT OF THE PEOPLE
COURSING THROUGH MY BONES
TURN BACK THE THUNDER
SO WE CAN LIVE ALONE

PROUD AND FREE
STAND NEXT TO ME
THE EARTH SHAKES
WITH THEIR THUNDER
THE GREASY GRASS
OUR VICTORY,
BUT STILL WE WILL GO UNDER

THE BLUE COATS
ARE GONE
AND SO ARE THEY,
CRUSHED BENEATH THE PLUNDER
ONE MAN STILL IN OUR MINDS
TATANKA YOTAKE

SPIRIT OF THE PEOPLE
COURSING THROUGH HIS BONES
TURN BACK THE THUNDER,
SO THEY CAN LIVE ALONE

Tatanka is a hardstyle producer btw

This is your best song.
Nice intro.
And was nice to give an explanation on some words

Can i make a Trance remix?

( trance is a sub-genre of techno and its like relaxing techno music)

Lyxa Says:

I like the intro

SallyMusic Says:

Nice song, and lovely moving lyrics. I believe you did another one with a similar feel a while back, great inspiration for songs!

Kiwi Tang Says:

Wow....this is a very peaceful sounding song. Also slightly sad, and I suppose the lyrics have to do with war? Because I'm picturing Native Americans against...um...let's just call them the Blue Coats, like in the song.

tekkentool Says:

The guitar work throughout the entire song is Absolutely beautiful.

Anime1997 Says:

The lyrics are beautiful and i loved the guitar on this one.

Jaxxy Says:

Holy shit.

Whoa...you almost got me crying here. The first verse makes me think of yellow hair as a fire coming to extinguish all the Indians...which I guess is another decent metaphor for Custer.
This ones a keeper.
