I like the paint daub look to this. And I like the little water driplets on the blueberries
His foot looks awkward though. It looks like it's grasped around the branch very loosely. I can't find his other leg either. Unless it's behind that big blueberry. In that case some toes should still be visible under the blueberry on the branch.
