First off, you are a fantastic pixel artist. I really don't know how you have the patience to pixel this kind of stuff!
Now then, onto the critique.
The first thing I noticed in this picture was the moon. And it looks a bit off in my opinion. Maybe a bit more dithering would have fixed that?
Another thing I noticed was, the plane's body is at a very slight angle, but the windows are in a strait line.
But besides those two things, and a bit of the cloud shading, this is a truly wonderful pixel work! Keep up the great job ^^
