Xateriel Side Ref.

He has two full wings, both of which have the secondary 'fin/wing' attached. Only one is shown so the full body can be seen.

Finally completed and uploaded. The symbols sewn into the leather straps of his tail are drawn off to the side, along with his arm, tongue, and the one hanging from his horn.

His wings are two separate ones, the first being able to fold fully while the second accordions in against the body along the fingers.

If you can't read my handwriting...:

"Shi" is covered in a short, silky layer of fur that ends at the knee. It is near impossible to tell unless you're touching hir or looking closely at the torso. The mane is the only area with long, thick fur. The band on his arm is also long and thick, marking the transition to a scaly, bird-like arm.

Hir "primary" wings can fold around his shoulders and 'hook' together, partially resembling a cape. The unusual bends and shape of the wing itself is so it won't get caught on the spike on his shoulder.
