So these chicks are part of Pastry Club at their high school. Secret: ALL PASTRY CLUB MEMBERS ARE MAGICAL GIRLS. WHOOOOAOAOAOH
There's gonna be seven girls, but these are the four I'm moderately satisfied with right now. From left to right:
Red Velvet Cake, alias Cassie Genoise
Main character, her magical pastry tool is a piping gun.
Velvet's the first girl I came up with and she kinda sparked the whole idea of magical-girls-based-on-desserts.
Key Lime Pie, alias George (Georgina) Graham
Something of a tough-girl, her magical pastry tool is a pie slice.
Key Lime's a lot less frilly, which kinda reflects upon the sharper taste of lime. Can you tell that I'm trying to represent the desserts through the girl's outfits!? 8D
Crème Brûlée, alias Madeline Verona
A bit of an ice queen, her magical pastry tool is a chef's blowtorch.
I love Crème's dress. I think it represents the smooth, hard caramel top and creamy custard inside of her dessert perfectly c:
Blueberry Pavlova, alias Kitty Wellington
Sweet and naive, her magical pastry tool is a whisk.
Pavvy's dress is pretty good in that it looks light and airy, but I really need to make the colours a lot paler to really represent a pavlova.
I'm still not sure about how badly I want to get into this project, but I like the idea of it, and designing the girls is very fun.
