"Halloween WIP"

The Scientist laughed rather manically. After all, it was pretty funny. In fact, he’d begun to laugh so hard that he thought he might actually die from it.

And he did. And, as he asphyxiated from his sadistic chortling, he bumped a button. Not too big a button, but certainly not small enough to go unnoticed. It glowed bright red, that is, until this Scientist hit it with his elbow. Suddenly, it’d turned yellow. The smiley face design upon it meant something, but the Scientist couldn’t quite place it, as he was a bit preoccupied by his imminent death.

The smile meant the end of the world.
