I love how simple and beautiful this is. Reminds me much of the old Japanese folk-style of painting with light brushes and measures of simple elegance.
for me, the simplicity was sort of lost in the colour on the cheeks. probably because her cheek comes in so far? I don't know, it just makes it look like she has prominent arched cheekbones with blush all over them. though I like the little bits of the kimono, it is very smooth.
