Slow day at Gamestop. I snuck off with some printer paper and a random MINI BALLPOINT PEN (Office supplies are so much more awesome when they're tiny!) and ended up with Ryu. I would have thrown in someone else, but I was off by the time I finished. 10 minutes-ish. I didn't keep track.
No pencil involved. Neat :3
I just slapped come color on it just now for kicks. Nothing fancy. ffgfgfgfgffg I suck at lighting T-T
And backgrounds, not even gonna try here. xD

if you use photoshop, or some illustrating program that does a 'glow' effect, you could have made the lines of the haduken disperse more?

Ballpoint pens are pretty fun to draw with sometimes. The results are often surprisingly nice
