Megaman Neo - Updated version

Now once again, this too was removed
by ppl unknown...don't know don't care.

Anyway, "unlike" Andrew Dickman's concept
of Rockman Neo...my version is more true blue
like the ol' Blue Bomber himself.

Also, unlike any other Megaman, Neo here was once human,
his past was a dark & painful one too...& Vile was
the root of his suffering too!

So, to save Neo, real name Neil Cain...that's right ppl,
Neo is in fact Dr Cain's grandson, an OC unlike any other too,
also...Dr Cain revived Neil as the first hybrid reploid model
by using cutting-edge cybernetics, giving him the best of both worlds:
but, he was the first & only one his kind...a Neo-Genesis Reploid.
Hence the name, Neo.
