male character sketches

I sketched out a few of my male characters. They'll be in my manga eventually but I'm not entirely sure when or how. Alright now from top left to bottom right:

Rebel:
He's a very old character of mine and hasn't had a permanent appearance since I created him. Hopefully he does now, I'm getting a better idea of how he'll look.
He was artificially created by an underground bio weapons research facility funded by the government. The purpose was to create the ultimate soldier. This project was split into several different branches, each with it's own theory on how to make this "ultimate soldier". The one that created Rebel was called "Project Fenrir". A common goal for these projects was to manipulate the genes of the specimen and to manipulate the soul itself. Retaining as much human appearance was also a common goal but it became clear after a few failed attempts that the physical body had to be dramatically altered to house the soul without the soul tearing apart the body. In the end entirely human appearances was nearly impossible.

Lucian:
An old friend of Ryoko's and Sushi's. He wondered into their home town when he was 11 (Ryoko was 8 and Sushi was 9). He was orphaned when his father died serving as a soldier and his mother caught a terrible disease shortly after his father's death and died.

Alaric:
He's a noble blood vampire, which means he has a second form. He's a very closed off and arrogant individual. He believes he's better than common vampires and especially humans. To him humans are nothing but talking food. How did he ended up being in this group? Well I don't totally have that sorted out yet.

Andrei:
Andrei is a very new character so I don't have much on him yet. I can tell you he is a talkative, happy, hyperactive person and loves to see how far he can push people until they lose their temper.


This is only a small bit of info on each one. I just don't feel like giving four profiles for a concept sketch.
