I need some critiques on this one. I have a feeling that someone might point out that she looks like the Mad Hatter. So please, do you you think I need to change her design?

Tophat =/= Mad Hatter. Anyways, I like her design sofar. It looks pretty sylish. I would suggest that you try not to have your characters tilt to one side, though. And practice hands a bit.
