Hero
The cries of many
are hindered by few.
The calls of any
sought in subliminal hue.
If one were to rise
we would see salvation.
If one were to see demise
thoust be through temptation.
If we see another day
we pray for the next.
But all the heroes seem to convey
they all live for their own complex.
Working in secret ways
they dabble in faith.
And if they succeed we give them praise.
If they fail, they mean something to a wraith,
Whose villainy ways appear to be warm
but are secretly devastation
in a more comforting form
amongst a dieing foundation.
And when these nobles are hereby swayed
by dark forces, sins unbound,
it shall be known their price was paid
and henceforth their soul shall not be found.

This is good. I love the concept. I personally think it would've been much better if you hadn't tried to rhyme.
