Ahem, anyway... This is Rouge. In the same Cat-Woman costume Riah wore at the Halloween store. I drew it with a pencil, colored it on Gimp 2.6
Then I got lazy and used the fill bucket to do the BG.. It looks like the rocks at the bottum of my fish tank..
