After looking closely, I have determined you did the rainbow gradient thing by hand.
That would have been a pain. A massive pain.
If you want to do it quick and easy, make your image black and white image, scan it, open it in photoshop, create a new layer, fill the layer with a rainbow gradient, and then set the layer to "overlay". You may need to play with the brightness/contrast levels on the black lines to make it come out bright enough.
