This is amazing. I love the way you colored this, and yeah. One crit I have to give though, is with the further wing. For some reason, it looks like it's part of the arm, instead of above it, you could have also looked at arms for references on it, it just looks strange. Other than that, though, this is amazing, and I'm suprized no one has faved it yet.
And about the wing thing: I don't think it's an issue. Wings are essentially arms with really long, webbed fingers. I think it looks alright except I'd add some creases to show a shoulder-like bend to it. But then again I don't know a lot and you've got your own style. Cx
Anyways, I love how you did the toes on his forefeet. Makes him actually look like the horrendously overgrown lizard he is. ^^
