I'm not exactly sure the Mature Content thing is a necessity since nothing's showing
Now, other than the sun i only see one thing, and this may just be me, but where his shoulder blade is just kinda... doesn't look right. Like it's too low or too pronounced or something...
The background and water's alright. I think the type of backgrounds you use and the way you draw your people just clash a little. Your backgrounds are more realistic and your people, even though they're anime, are a bit cartoony. Try thinner line work and maybe deeper shadows.
And just a tip: you don't have to have a sun(or moon) in your picture. Just know where your light is coming from.
And in this case when you do make a sun try to stay away from gradient tools. It makes it look too I guess you'd say mechanical. Also the sun isn't actually yellow that time of day(if you were to ever blister your eyes looking at it) it would be more of an off white-yellow.
