This would be Ms. Chloe Saunders. She is a Necromancer and only 15 years old. See, she was sent to this group home after getting her first period and suddenly she saw a dead school janitor. It freaked her out so badly she ran screaming down the halls of her high school and accidentally tackled in a teacher trying to get away from the ghost. She got sent to the hospital and was diagnosed with schizophrenia. But only she and everyone else at this group house are supernaturals.

Shit goes down and now she's on the run with Derek, a werewolf, trying get to a safe house in the upper parts New York state. This is a scene from the second book.
