You know I like things about both of em.
I like the smooth shading and blood effect on the face on the left one but the shading on the hands and body looks way to grainy and sort of not finished. Plus the outline is also alittle too grainy.
On the right one I do like the outline better but it still has a sense of grain. Perhaps you could smooth em out little more but not with a smudge tool.
The shading on the hands and clothes looks alot better but it could be darker.
its also too blurry. Try to smooth the lines out by erasing.
All in all I prefer the left one because the right one is way to blurry.
