Barb concept 01

A boss character concept for a beat-em up game I want to make someday involving living toys and hanging lampshades.

You know that kid that takes his sisters dollies, takes them out back and mangles them into a twisted burning wreck? Well that's pretty much the story behind Barb, who, after a run in with a deranged little boy, became the batshit malformed psychopathic hodgepodge you see here.

She's got a different action figure's arm melted to her shoulder, rusty razorblade fingers, needles going through her finger, a razor-wire tail and barbed wire going in and around her whole body... all this and she still thinks she's quite the looker, and she'll happily take apart any toy that says otherwise, stitch by stitch.
