This character is from a comic I created back in 2003.
This lovely yet deadpan snarker is named,Sashay. Sashay,in my story belongs to a group known as the Demonic trio,(they work of the main bad guy in my story) & is (usual)the voice of reason. As well as the most observant in there group but is the only guy in the trio,(the other two are female & a lot nuttier too).
Aside from that the three get along very well even if they argue a lot
& here you see Sashay modeling different outfits with different hair styles(though Sashay mostly wear's his hair in dreadlocks of some kind.

The only thing I really notice on this one is the flowers and leaves. I think if you would have made them a little bit bigger, it would have been perfect. I love their expressions, and their poses! You did a great job.

What Elite Beat said is right, the anatomy of the girls could use some improvement. I suggest drawing from real life, or using websites like http://www.posemaniacs.com/ to aid you when you draw your characters.
Obviously if you are looking to avoid strict realism, you won't have to be entirely detailed in the anatomy of the characters...but the only way you can bend rules of anatomy is if you know what those rules are. You can learn a lot simply by drawing from reference and people-watching.
I do like that you've played with poses in this picture, and the outfit designs are interesting. Keep practicing! c:
