The only thing that irks me is the flow of panels 8 and 9. The sudden transition from a scene that looks to be night, then day, then something that looks back to night doesn't seem to flow properly.
Don't know if that was your original intention or not or not, but it may just be that the other panels look as if they're set in the time of night. From how I'm seeing it, it's as if you were standing there talking to the same dudes at nighttime, walked to the other place and it was magically daylight, and then nighttime came again and those same guys were still standing in the exact same place.
Otherwise, nice dialog, good start to the action sequences with the castlevania style, and a decent start. I'm sure it'll get better as you progress, so keep up the good work, brah!
