An Unexpected Friendship~Tora/Hiroto 4
Chapter 4
After an hour’s drive they van pulled up in front of the harbour and everyone piled out.
“Ow! Bright!” Scarlett groaned as she stepped out of the van. Dawn turned to her and shot her a disapproving look through her sunglasses.
“Did you forget your sunglasses?” she asked. Scarlett glared at her as she shaded her eyes as best she could.
“I have a spare pair!” Nao said and handed her a pair of dark sunglasses, Scarlett quickly put them on and grinned at him.
“Thanks, pooh-san!” Nao laughed and followed the others as they made their way down the jetty to the edge.
They boys were instantly surrounded by their make-up and hair artists as they entered a marquee that was set up, the girls took this time to their advantage and got their cameras ready and set up.
“Is everything ready?” a woman asked the two girls. They nodded and the woman strode into the tent and gave the boys a 30 second time count.
“Man it’s so freaking hot!” Dawn moaned as she stripped her jacket off and pulled at her tank top in annoyance. Scarlett nodded and slide out of her jacket; she walked around a bit as the Alice Nine boys stepped out of the marquee dressed and ready.
“Okay,” the woman shouted. “First, group photos and then, individual ones. We should finish at about 9PM.” Everyone nodded and Alice Nine took their positions in front of the camera and the photoshoot began.
“Individual photos!” The woman who the girls found out was the manager’s wife, since the manager was ill. They also found out she was called Noriko . “Shou, you’re first! Nao second and then Hiroto and Saga and then finally Tora!” The band departed and left Shou to have his hair and make-up topped and checked. Dawn yawned and slouched in her chair, Scarlett looked over at her.
“I’ll take over for you if you want.” She said, Dawn just nodded and downed the rest of her water of her third water bottle.
“If you drink anymore you’ll burst!” Hiroto laughed from behind her. Dawn snorted and looked at Hiroto who was sitting in Scarlett’s seat smiling at her.
“That’s physically impossible, you do know?” she said, Hiroto shrugged and threw her a wink before he reached over and twirled a strand of her hair around his finger. Dawn laughed.
“Do you have a hair fetish?” she asked.
“I might do.” He replied slyly. Dawn shook her head entangling her hair in Hiroto’s ring.
“Ow!” she cried. Hiroto gasped and flushed slightly.
“Oh, I’m so sorry! Um...here.” he gushed as he fiddled with his ring and managed to untangle it but Dawn lost a few hairs in the process. She rubbed her head and whimpered slightly.
“Gomen!” he said bowing his head. Dawn smiled slightly and grabbed his head, he looked up at her.
“It’s okay. I’m fine!” she smiled. He smiled back and they stared into each other’s eyes, his faces getting closer and closer.
“Nao! You’re up!” Noriko yelled, making both Dawn and Hiroto jumped. Dawn looked around and got to her feet.
“I-I should probably take over from Scar.” She stuttered. Hiroto straightened up and nodded; Scarlett turned around and grinned at her.
“Great idea!” she chimed and shoved her towards the camera before she grabbed a water bottle and pranced over to Tora and Saga who were chatting about something that stopped as soon as she arrived. Dawn rolled her eyes and focused on Nao who was getting impatient and tapping his foot.
“Okay! Nao, I’m ready!” Dawn shouted and focused on the camera.
