Yes! I finished it!!! :) It was really hard for me because I didn't know where the lights get in such cases. But I got some help and I'm so happy because I think this is a good result. I'm going to send it to my friend, oh yes!
Looking pretty good, but right now I see this as a WIP =X
Since the fire s the main light source here, it would create very strong highlights, to the point where the edges that stick out the most would be nearly the same color as the fire. Right now you got this very muddy and smudgy looking highlight that doesn't work that well. I apologize that I can't explain well enough how to do this.
Here is kind of an example of what I'm talking about.

3 light sources: top left, blue eyes (the one I'll talk about), and bottom right (a back light).
See how the blue light is very strong and solid, since it's close to the light source, and gradually fades off. I can't really help you on which parts will have shadows on them since I don't know the anatomy of a dragon, and I never had a light source that came from the character, that was strong enough to create shadows.
