Rhythm-Chan's Cosplay Check!: Waldo

Does anyone remember "reading" the Where's Waldo books? I remember alll the fun I had trying to find Waldo in those super busy drawings. So of course when I saw a Waldo cosplay I said "There's Waldo!" and made sure to get a picture to show you all. It seems Waldo has been hiding at AWA since his popularity has declined.
