This is actually a really fast sketch... xD
Mykola Petrenko, dude from Chornomorske, Ukraine, but lived some years in Odessa, and moved himself to Moscow whenever. He's known Gosha since he was a newbie neon in a neon-band (small gangs of 5-12 neons), and they were in one together. Sometime after, they lost contact with each other.
Kola owns a neon clothing store, where people can buy or trade clothes, and it's called "Mykola's Smiling Clothes". There, Gosha and Kola reunited and have remained friends since.
He's about 37-38 years old and 5'10 / 1.78m, and some kind of mutt, who knows. Kola's not a neon any more, and at most wears those earrings and a pink shirt (his favourite colour). His hair's beginning to go grey, and he's dyed one streak of it pink.
