This is my OC, lightspeed Lucy. She was heavily inspired by and named after a song by Shirobon.
I am aware of the rules of pixeling. I am aware I cheated on the arm, and the background isn't pixeled. But besides those 2 things, everything else was pixeled correctly. I was more concerned with accuracy since this is a ref.
