Probably your best chibi in a while, imo.
It doesn't distract from the overall picture though. The eyes are so pretty. I love the shines. I also like how you made the legs/feet, especially his left foot.
The hair! The eyes! The cute little pose! Everything just makes me want to squeal~ You positioned the wings so nicely. I think the tail could have been at a slightly different angle, to make it look like it's coming out from the back instead of to the side..? X"D I dunno, unless that's what you intended of course!
What a lovely character design, btw, I quite enjoy those colors you used. Both dark and bright, yet, they don't contrast and clash against each other. My favorite is that shade of green.
