-WIP- Cyberneticat Nuku?

It's in chibi style so I could do a costume a bit easier. Which is still wip I guess. I kinda like how it looks. In accordance to how has the character/shape set up, if I could have any kind of shape and power it would be Major Magic Offensive and Minor Magic Healing ^^ so like, Offensive Magic is good enough but wouldn't be as good as Star(read her journal for the shape effects) and healing would be only half as good as Heart. And shape if you haven't guessed would be Teardrop.

But it's just a fan character anyway And color would be blue, which makes me water element. And I had a weapon in mind, which would just've been a staff type with a "holographic" tear drop on the end to act as a blade-ish thing or just nifty looking

Outfit would be black-ish with all kinds of glowy trim, cuz they look awesome like that
