Nameless Dragon Boss

Apology apology, yadda yadda.
School's swinging, so I'm obviously going to be absent on a majority-time basis.

This is a (as of this post) Nameless Boss.
He's one of many rulers on the vast ocean tied in some way to Rerniff.

Notes:
-Fan like wings on shoulders and waist lend to arm & thigh shielding.
-Wings lend to flight, while still allowing the limbs movement.
-He's kind of like a Bi-Plane, woah.
-Flat, paper like tail acts like a kite/sail, is prehensile.
-Of all my characters, I'd probably voice this guy (since he'd die), and I'd do my Solid Snake impersonation while I was at it.
Hah.
-Yes, I'm trying to put more color in my stuff. Enjoy the eye rape.

More facts later, help me come up with a name, yeah?
