An easy project for the loyal Toy Soldier or Scouts out there. This convenient white is so you can go to your local office supply or craft store and buy yourself some colored printing paper to save on your ink consumption. Red paper works best.
- Buy a bag of average sized lollipops. These are cheap and you get many of them to work with!
- Print out your propaganda covers from here.
- Cut them out, then pop a hole in the circle you see in the center.
- Fold your cover in half, and stick a lollipop lovingly into the hole. - Now with a gluestick, stapler, or tape close the two halves together to hold the lollipop in place.
- Repeat as many times as necessary.
- Now spread propaganda out on Halloween or anytime to the masses.
- All hail Doctor steel!
