Wow this is stunning. Your accuracy to realism is astounding. The hair is so soft and flowy. The eyes show a lot of his emotions and thoughts. Sadness? A bit of pleasure? The colors are so soft and very well blended. The colors indicate a cold feeling, emotion wise.
The only thing is his mouth seems a little off center, mostly because of the way you curved the line going from his nose to his mouth. Also his nose is held unevenly; one nostril is shown more than the other. I'm not sure if you were going for a certain expression or not but it just looks a little off.
Otherwise it's a very effective piece. The blood on his cheek really stands out and adds to the emotional pull of the piece.
