Weird, no? Starz Animation is holding a contest...that's prizes include either a Dell laptop or the grand prize chance of a 2 week internship with Starz Animation....but making a fan-character inspired by 9.
....If Sega or Square Enix did something like this with their Sonic and Final Fantasy franchises, people would piss their pants.
