Friends

Aah, nothing like friends hanging out with friends. Poor Bain...

Since I have them all together, I should probably support some back story to how these three came to be. (Get some popcorn, this could drag on for a bit)

While they all have different pasts, different reasons for coming together into a crime organization bent on taking over the world by uniting those with powers into one place, they came together as the three admins to the organization known as P.O.W.E.R. (People Of Wonderful Earnings Rejoice/Power Of World's End Rebellion).

Both codenames are true to what the code name "P.O.W.E.R." meant. What the organization was portrayed as was that of a homely feeling to those with "marvelous talents", separating them from those without to re-educate them and show them how to use their powers for the better of mankind. However, the operations held underground also took powers from those that refused to join, cracked under the pressure or attempted to break down their organization and failed. Their true motive was to take over the world, not make peace.

Troy(right) became one of the highest of administrators, due to his top quality work, having rarely failed a mission to request a person to join the organization, to retrieve runaways or stop rebellions against the organization. He was a high quality agent, often sent on missions that often dealt with people with "marvelous talents." With his leadership commands and his stern attitude, he rightfully earned his position as one of the top tier administrators.

Rain (left) is one of the few female administrators in the organization. While there are only three, she supports being in the main faction, for her amazing power and vivacity. While most of her action is inside, supporting the base or doing paper work (which she hardly ever sticks to doing, due to the lack of interest), on rare occasions she's sent on missions to help support the other bases, when Troy can't take the initiative. While she doesn't get too much action, she doesn't really mind for she can't take hits very well, and with all the research and free time, she's easily the most expendable of the administrators to be called for anything at almost any time.

As for Bain (the one receiving the noogie in the middle), many of the other admins (barring Troy and Rain) would call him the worst of the bunch. It's not because he wasn't a hard worker or slacked off on the job, it was because his title for administrator-ship was awarded to him on a whim. While his title has "admin" in it, he's considered what some may call "an under-classed admin", even being outranked by some of the top-grunts in the force. To boot, he hardly gets any action, only on rare occasions with the inside rebellions that often Troy or Rain are called on. Though, Bain, if he's not out helping the base from inside attackers, he's doing paperwork or overlooking the other workers involved.

To end this little back story, the three ended up being discharged from Organization P.O.W.E.R., due to the take down of the leader by A.M. and his group. In their other story, the three betray their boss in the end and help five members against P.O.W.E.R. defeat him.

*Phew!* And now I'm done.

Troy, Rain and Bain belong to Arctic Master. If it's under the name of someone other than Arctic Master, it's f***in' stolen! DX
