And here's another one of my characters. Troy Biden. Oddly enough, he's a fairly new character of mine... o-O;; Why would I draw new characters instead of old ones first? I have no idea.
Anyway, Troy is a user of telekinesis (yeah, VERY original power there). While his only powers of the kind seems to be just lifting things, it's Troy's main offense, since he rarely uses his powers for it's aggression. So it's safe to say, his power is clearly untapped.
