Used a bit of frost stock from
teddybearcholla on da for the blue center, to give it a bit of sparkly/crackled ice texture.

This is one of the images from that brush set I did a while back. I decided to play with one of the brushes and well I got this.
When I look at this, the center seems to pop out a bit towards the middle just as it would if this were a pendant or broach with a flat backed stone set into it.
Now if only I could turn this into an actual piece of jewelry.
Edit: Oh wow! I didn't realize png's with transparent backgrounds worked like this now! I used to have to fiddle with a second image non transparent or the background would go black on preview.
I love this! Hmm I see more images with transparent backgrounds in the future. Love the new system!
