The thing is I need a guy who's mature levels are collage level or older,one who I can trust will be responsible, and not duck out of things because they wanted to be rebellious. I don't care for the guys that just want to show off because where do you think their mind are at. plus I want to have a guy who has control over how many dirty minded jokes they make.

Just live life and learn with what comes your way. I often see people around your year asking for similar things, and end up doing things they realize they shouldn't have later on.
Someone you're looking for will come your way, just give it time.

How odd, I find myself griping in a similar fashion about these things. I mean, seriously, this is near exact what I think of my own situation. Just replace all instances of "boy" with "girl"
