Angal Myrt, the NPC Professor for the Rizeah region. He forgets absolutely everything.
His pokémon are Aipom (who is as forgetful as his trainer), Cleffa (Angal's son nicknamed her "Eater of Souls") and his overlevelled, overpowered Dragonite (but Angal doesn't remember he has him...).
