It's very common. Front page doesn't mean much anymore, only featured, but that rarely gets updated.
Doesn't mean much. Especially since I made a similar submission to this but was forced to take it down as the author of the pic in my screencap was a touch childish/sensitive and assumed I was attacking her when really I was attacking the FP system.
