The Great Western Railway 4900 Hall Class is a mixed traffic steam locomotives designed by Charles Collett. Their range of duties fully justified this classification with them being found on almost any passenger and freight services, with the exception of small branch lines. Being the inspiration for a generation of subsequent Steam locomotive designs, the GWR Hall should be part of every RailWorks collection.
GWR Hall Pack on Steam
The pack includes the locomotive in GWR green and BR lined Black as it was painted after nationalisation. It also includes 5 scenarios, full sounds, an interactive 3D cab view and the Chocolate and Cream MK1 carriages.
I was commissioned to build this for RailSimulator.com back in January. It took just over two months, being built around my University workload.
Whilst it was modelled, textured and animated by myself, it's been through a few people's hands since, including my own. So I can't take all the credit, but together it's certainly come along.
