You are very good at using colours. The combination between blue and pinkish red works very well here. And - because of the clothing - I'm very glad to see that the proportions look very solid ^^. It's certainly one of your best artworks mainly due to the skin tones you can do.
Two things though:
1. The legs themselves are fine to me. But if you look at the point where the top of the legs are to meet it's right where the cloth is tied (i.e. the waist). If you made them come together just slightly further down it would look perfect.
2. The feet are a little strange but I do think they are well-drawn. If you added a more solid heel to the boots and a little bit of shading I think they would be bang on.
Lastly, I read the comments above this one. If you dislike a comment on your artwork, just ignore it from the beginning ok? It's not worth your time.
However the people above me have been trying to help you, and whilst they may not have said it in the most positive of ways you should at least try to take something away from what they have said.
